Thank you to VCIA for another well-run conference and the chance to reconnect with those in the captive insurance community.
Julia Houk from the Elysian team is heading to VCIA's 41st Annual Conference in Burlington, Vermont, the largest gathering in the country for the captive insurance industry. The conference brings together captive owners, risk managers, and service providers to discuss how the captive market is adapting to new coverage and claims demands, and our team is looking forward to being part of those conversations.

Julia brings more than 25 years of experience across commercial insurance and risk solutions, spanning both the carrier and vendor sides of the industry, including national TPA business development, custom workers' compensation program brokerage, and key account management. She also serves on the 2026–2027 WSIA Insurtech Committee.
